Joshua E. Gillespie, President

Josh graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Political Science and a minor in Law and Society. He served on the staff of Indiana Congressman Dan Burton in Indianapolis in a research and public liaison capacity, and then spent two years in Washington, DC as the Deputy Chief Clerk for the United States Congress Committee on Government Reform. In that role he established relationships with Congressmen from both parties and their staffs, conducted research on topics under the committee’s consideration, and served as Editor of the Historical Record.

After returning to Indianapolis, Josh was Chief Development Officer for the Greater Indianapolis Republican Finance Committee where he honed his public speaking and fundraising skills. Later, as Political and Public Relations Director for an unconventional Congressional campaign, he developed strategies, policy messages, and campaign literature, and managed a wide variety of media exposure and public events.

Most recently, Josh worked for the private consulting firm, Stakeholder Incorporated, where he continued his liaison with state and federal legislators by lobbying for one of their national clients, developed and implemented campaign strategies for state legislative candidates, and devised a concept for neighborhood-level grass roots outreach for a municipal client.

Catherine H. Gillespie, Vice President

Upon graduating cum laude from Princeton University, Catherine worked as a strategic and tactical analyst for the federal government on national security issues.  In the course of her five year tenure with the government, which built upon her previous work in a four year fellowship/internship program with the same federal agency, Catherine became proficient in research, analysis, and written and oral communication on every level from employees in the field to the Oval Office, Cabinet, and federal policymakers.

Catherine’s written analysis was frequently presented to the President of the United States and his Cabinet, and her expertise was regularly called upon in interagency efforts to develop strategies and written products and policies.

In support of particular policy objectives and complex situations in national security, Catherine developed and implemented strategies, provided in-depth context based on extensive research, and performed comprehensive analysis of both national and international scope.
